Zhonghengfeng Group held its 2025 awards event and 2026 New Year gala in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, on February 4. Group leaders, subsidiary representatives, managers, employees and some family members attended the gathering.
The event reviewed work completed in 2025 and recognized employees, project teams, suppliers and construction crews. It also gave management an opportunity to explain the group’s priorities for 2026, including continued work in China’s steel structure market and further development of international business.

Recognizing individual contribution
Executive Deputy General Manager and Baotou Company General Manager Yang Chunqiu announced the 2025 employee and team awards. The selection followed the group’s management process, including department nominations, eligibility review, voting by a selection panel and publication of the results.
Thirteen employees received awards across several categories. These included the Chairman’s Special Nomination Award, Best Management Award, Breakthrough Award, Collection Excellence Award, Outstanding Project Manager Award, Hengjiu Craftsman title, Progress Award and Best Newcomer Award.

Four award recipients spoke about their professional development and lessons from the previous year. Their comments focused on responsibility, teamwork and the support provided by colleagues across the business.
Five teams recognized for project and operational work
Five teams also received awards. The recognized groups included the Legal Department, Finance Center, Zhongyuan Defense Project Department, Almaty Project Department and a riveting team from the Zhonghengfeng steel fabrication plant.
The list reflects the range of work required to complete a steel structure project. Legal and finance teams support contract control and payment processes. Project departments coordinate execution in the field. Workshop teams turn approved drawings into fabricated components that can be inspected, packed and delivered.

Suppliers and construction crews thanked
Zhonghengfeng also presented certificates to suppliers and construction teams that supported projects during 2025. Steel structure delivery depends on coordination beyond the factory. Material quality, subcontracted work, transport and site execution all influence the final schedule and result.
Recognizing external partners at the same event underlined their role in the project chain. The company thanked them for supporting quality and delivery during the year.

Priorities for 2026
Vice Chairman and Beijing Company General Manager Li Honglei said 2025 included both domestic market development and overseas expansion. For 2026, the group plans to continue its domestic steel structure work while developing more international opportunities.
Chairman Li Tao asked teams to keep quality and safety as basic requirements, understand customer needs and focus on core targets. The formal program was followed by a dinner, employee performances and a prize draw.
