Their collective effort highlights disciplined coordination, schedule management and a commitment to customer delivery.
The Iron Team in Northern Xinjiang
Hemu Jikepulin Ski Resort Holiday Hotel Project · Xinjiang, China
Located in the Hemu Jikepulin ski resort area of Xinjiang, China, this hotel project presented demanding site conditions, complex non-standard structures, difficult material transportation and severe winter weather. The documentary follows the project team’s efforts to coordinate work and overcome challenges in a remote, cold environment. It reflects the Zhonghengfeng spirit of taking responsibility, working together and remaining focused on project commitments.
The Spirit of All-Out Mobilization
“We make commitments with honesty, act with determination, and deliver on our promises.”

What Does Product Strength Mean?
Product strength is reflected in a manufacturer’s ability to produce what customers need and deliver it as promised. If we cannot manufacture the product itself, how can we demonstrate its value?
Commitment to Production and Delivery
For steel structure manufacturing, demanding delivery schedules require careful production planning, efficient coordination and a strong focus on quality. Teams work together to increase output, improve efficiency and prepare for major delivery milestones.
Across challenging projects, our people take responsibility for every task—from production planning and quality control to meeting agreed schedules. This shared commitment helps turn demanding targets into coordinated action and dependable delivery.
Seeing Execution in Action at Baofeng
“A demanding schedule reveals a team’s ability to turn commitments into results.”
United in Purpose. Focused on Progress.
In construction, tight schedules and complex site conditions reveal a team’s execution capability. Execution means coordinating people, technical resources and daily tasks to complete the work within the required time and project conditions.
Baofeng Energy Circular Economy Industrial Park
In 2018, the utility steel structure works at the Baofeng Energy Circular Economy Industrial Park faced a demanding schedule, changing site conditions and multiple construction challenges. The project team coordinated work on site, responded to changing requirements and maintained progress through extended and night shifts when needed.
The project record reflects the team’s persistence, close coordination and focus on completing its assigned work. These efforts helped the team meet project requirements and earn positive feedback from the client.
Seeing Execution in Action Under the Summer Sun
United in Purpose. Practical in Action. Relentless in Progress.
The summer of 2018 tested Zhonghengfeng’s project team. Working in temperatures reaching 38°C, the team remained committed to the construction schedule. The long days, demanding site conditions and hard work became a testament to the team’s determination.
The project involved steel structure works for Bozhou South Railway Station on the Shangqiu–Hefei–Hangzhou high-speed railway. It provided valuable experience in railway station construction, on-site coordination and complex steel structure installation.
Through challenging conditions, the team demonstrated responsibility, perseverance and close cooperation. For Zhonghengfeng, execution means turning commitments into practical action, working together to overcome difficulties and delivering on project requirements.
Seeing Execution in Action in the Heavy Snow of Northern Xinjiang
United in Purpose. Determined to Deliver.
Hemu, in northwestern Xinjiang, China, is known for its severe winter conditions. The Hemu Jikepulin Ski Resort Holiday Hotel Project began in late 2021, presenting the project team with exceptional challenges involving remote access, extreme cold and complex construction requirements.
During the first phase, the team faced a demanding schedule around the Spring Festival period. Approximately 40,000 tons of steel structure work had to be managed in temperatures reaching around -18°C during the day and -28°C at night. Complex structural forms and severe weather made on-site installation especially challenging.
Materials had to travel approximately 2,800 kilometers. Strict checks, vehicle disinfection procedures, severe snowstorms and difficult mountain roads added further complications. The final 200 kilometers included winding mountain routes, steep climbs and rapidly changing weather.
The project team coordinated transportation, supported site operations and responded to emergencies throughout the journey. Even after sustaining an injury, project director Zhang Jianyong returned to work as soon as he was able. His determination reflected the team’s belief that difficult tasks can be overcome through responsibility, perseverance and coordinated action.
The client’s feedback captured the team’s commitment: “It was extremely difficult, but your team really delivered.” For Zhonghengfeng, this recognition represents the trust built through practical action and dependable execution.
After the Loulan Sandstorms, We See the Implementation
Ruoqiang lies in western Xinjiang, near the historic Loulan region. In 2019, Zhonghengfeng took part in the steel structure works for Ruoqiang Station on the Golmud–Korla Railway, helping bring railway infrastructure to a remote region.
Frequent sandstorms, difficult site conditions and COVID-19 restrictions created serious challenges. In July, lockdown measures prevented materials waiting outside the city from entering the site. The team adapted to changing requirements and coordinated material deliveries to keep construction moving.
Under schedule pressure, the team maintained close on-site coordination and intensive work. One team member returned to Ruoqiang just ten days after the birth of his son. Their perseverance helped complete the planned scope, excluding additional work, on schedule and supported the railway’s timely opening.
“After the Loulan Sandstorms,
We See Execution in Action”
See Execution in the Statement of Zhongyuan Responsibility
“In the Statement of Responsibility, We See Execution”
In May 2022, the Zhongyuan Defense Project officially commenced, marking a major milestone for Zhonghengfeng. The project set a new record in the scale of the group’s general contracting work and introduced a stronger project manager responsibility system, reinforcing our commitment to empowering people who take ownership and deliver results.
Every team member shared a clear goal: complete the project sooner so the client could begin production and generate returns earlier. The project team launched a 60-day mobilization campaign under the commitment: “Work hard for 60 days, take responsibility and deliver on every promise.”
In July 2022, the project’s main building reached its topping-out milestone. The client’s management team visited the site, recognized the construction quality, safety standards and schedule progress, and offered practical support to address on-site challenges. This recognition strengthened our belief that sincere commitment, accountability and consistent execution build lasting client trust.
