The first steel components for Zhonghengfeng’s Guinea project have completed fabrication, inspection, packing and inland transport and arrived safely at the designated port. The milestone confirms that the initial delivery route from the Baotou manufacturing base to the port is operating as planned.
Production of later batches is continuing at the factory according to the project schedule.

Fabrication and inspection completed before dispatch
The first batch passed through material processing, cutting, assembly, welding, surface treatment and corrosion-protection work at Zhonghengfeng’s Baotou base. Before release, the team completed dimensional checks, weld inspection and other quality-control steps required by the project.
Production and inspection records link each component to its identification mark and packing information. This traceability supports document review during dispatch and helps the receiving team confirm the cargo after arrival.

Export packaging designed for handling and transport
The blue-painted steel members were grouped by delivery package and protected at contact points before loading. Steel frames, straps and wrapping help control movement and protect finished surfaces during handling and transport.

Package dimensions and weights were reviewed against the transport plan before dispatch. Components from different building areas were kept identifiable so the cargo could be sorted efficiently at the next logistics stage.

First batch arrives safely at the port
After road transport from Baotou, the first batch reached the designated port and completed unloading. The delivery provides a tested workflow for vehicle scheduling, cargo reception, weighing and handling that can be reused for the project’s later batches.

Later Guinea project batches remain in production
Zhonghengfeng’s Baotou base covers approximately 100,000 square metres and has a monthly steel structure capacity of more than 10,000 tonnes. Fabrication of the remaining Guinea project components is continuing in planned batches to support production flow and logistics coordination.
More information about the project’s packaging, coating and traceability system is available in our report on managing the steel structure export to Guinea. Buyers can also review Zhonghengfeng’s quality-control process or contact the project team about steel fabrication and export logistics.
