A Week of Shared Learning to Begin the Year
Zhonghengfeng Construction Group Co., Ltd. launched a week-long training programme for all employees on February 20, 2024. The start-of-year programme continued an important and established company tradition, bringing employees together to prepare for the year ahead.
The training was designed to combine reflection on the previous year with discussion of the new year’s work. Employees were to analyse and share their practical work experience, while developing a common understanding of the company’s goals and direction for the coming year.
As a company-wide activity, the programme also provided an opportunity for employees to exchange knowledge, discuss skills and share perspectives on teamwork. Its emphasis was on collective learning and alignment at the start of the year.
The company published its announcement on February 21, 2024, one day after the week-long programme began.
