The customer project was named for annual production of 300,000 rare-earth aluminum-alloy commercial-vehicle wheels and 50,000 tonnes of aluminum-based rare-earth functional intermediate alloys. These figures describe the wider customer project’s stated capacity, not Hengjiu’s own production or verified operating output.
The award reported in the announcement concerns the workshop’s steel-structure works, not the entire wheel-and-alloy production project.
