To ensure a seamless audit, our technical and production teams have collaborated closely over the past 90 days to align with EU Regulation 305/2011 and the EN1090 standard series. Our preparations included:

4.Sample Preheating & Submerged Arc Welding
We demonstrated the sample preheating process and SAW operations, showcasing optimal quality and efficiency.
5.Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) & Surface Treatment

6.Production Site Audit
The team inspected the production environment, equipment status, and process flow. All findings were addressed with corrective action plans and completed within the stipulated timeframe.
