An October 2020 Site Visit to the Dahei River Cable-Stayed Bridge
In an archived project notice, Hengjiu reported that a delegation led by Zhang Baicheng, then mayor of Hohhot, visited the Dahei River cable-stayed bridge construction site on October 1, 2020. The company published the notice on October 18, 2020.
The notice identified the bridge as a key project on the Jinsheng Expressway in Inner Mongolia’s Horinger New Area. It described a single-tower cable-stayed design with two 135-metre spans and an 86-metre tower. The report records a site visit, not an endorsement of the company or a completion or acceptance milestone.
