Representatives of Baotou Vocational and Technical College visited Hengjiu Steel Structure on November 10, 2020, to discuss workforce development and training in relation to the company’s production needs.

The visiting delegation comprised Wang Xinmin, dean of the college’s School of Continuing Education; Xiao Yu, head of its management section; and Zhang Liang, head of its training section. Discussions covered recruiting young talent, defining company objectives, preparing current students for future work, and improving employees’ capabilities.
