Inner Mongolia Hengjiu Steel Structure (Group) Co., Ltd. welcomed a delegation from the sixth Party branch of a local municipal housing security development center on August 21, 2025. The exchange combined company introductions, employee presentations, compliance education and a visit to Hengjiu Steel’s fabrication workshop.
The event was organized as a joint Party-building activity between the public institution and Hengjiu Steel’s Party branch. For the company, it also provided a practical setting to discuss corporate governance, workforce development and the relationship between organizational culture and daily operations.
Company development and governance discussed
Hengjiu Steel’s chairman welcomed the visitors and introduced the company’s operations, market position and development plans. The secretary of the company’s Party branch then shared examples of how organizational work is connected with business management and employee development.
The discussion addressed practical management rather than production technology alone. A steel fabrication business depends on clear responsibilities, consistent rules and coordination among commercial, technical, production and project teams. These internal systems support the quality, schedule and documentation controls clients see during project delivery.
Young employees share frontline experience
Four young representatives from the two organizations spoke about their roles and professional development. Their presentations used examples from frontline work to explain how responsibility, teamwork and steady skills development contribute to day-to-day performance.
Participants also viewed an integrity and compliance education program based on practical case studies. The session emphasized discipline, risk awareness and clear boundaries in professional conduct. A book presentation followed as part of the two organizations’ plan to continue sharing learning resources.
Delegation visits the steel fabrication workshop
The delegation concluded its visit on Hengjiu Steel’s production floor. Visitors observed the workshop environment and learned how the company connects organizational governance, corporate culture and improvement work with steel fabrication activities.
Both organizations said they plan to maintain communication after the event. For Hengjiu Steel, the visit was another opportunity to open its production environment to outside stakeholders and explain the management practices behind its steel structure work.
