Green Power Aggregation Pilot Project Wind Turbine Hoisting Project
Project type: Wind turbine hoisting and electrical installation inside the tower
Location: Qingyang, Gansu Province, China
Wind turbine type: 6.7MW all-steel tower
Key dimensions: Total turbine height 125 m, tower height 121 m and blade length 107 m
Project period: November 2025 to January 2026
Zhonghengfeng participated in Bid Section 3 of the Gansu Qingyang Green Power Aggregation Pilot Project. The construction and installation scope included wind turbine hoisting and electrical equipment installation inside the tower, requiring precise planning, technical control and efficient site organization.
Shaanxi Huangling Power Plant Indirect Air Cooling Tower Steel Structure Project

Project context: First million-kilowatt coal-fired generating unit project of Shaanxi Huangling Mining Industry
Scope: Concrete-filled steel tubular X-shaped columns and steel ring beams for Cooling Towers 1# and 2#
Key project fact: Two indirect air cooling towers, each 205 m high
In 2024, Zhonghengfeng was awarded the steel structure works for the indirect air cooling towers of Huangling Power Plant. During construction, the project team adopted H-beam temporary foundations instead of traditional concrete temporary supports, marking the company’s first application of this method in X-shaped column construction.
Xinjiang Oilfield Karamay 2640MW Coal-fired Power Project
Project type: Coal-fired power project indirect air cooling tower steel structure works
Location: Karamay, Xinjiang, China
Project context: Coal-fired power section of the 2.64GW New Energy Integration Project Phase I of Xinjiang Oilfield
Scope: Concrete-filled steel tubular X-shaped pillars and steel ring beams for Tower 1 and Tower 2
Key project fact: Two 156 m indirect air cooling towers; single-tower installation cycle achieved under 13 days.
The Karamay project required fast-cycle installation under a tight construction schedule. Zhonghengfeng completed the air cooling tower steel structure works with strong construction organization and installation technology, setting a benchmark for similar indirect air cooling tower projects.
Jinchang 2x1000MW Peak-regulation Coal-fired Power Project Supporting the Hexi New Energy Base

Project context: Supporting facility for the Hexi New Energy Base
Scope: Roof system and wall system installation
Project period: September 2024 to June 2026
Zhonghengfeng participated in the Jinchang 2x1000MW peak-regulation coal-fired power project. The main structure adopted a concrete frame system, while the company’s construction and installation scope covered both roof and wall systems, supporting orderly progress of the power project.
Rongxin Chemical Circular Economy Demonstration Park Project
Project type: Large-scale chemical steel structure installation
Location: Dalad Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, China
Scope: Steel structure construction for the ethylene glycol unit
Key installations: Dimethyl oxalate synthesis frame, DMO purification and water separation frame, ethylene glycol synthesis frame, and ethylene glycol separation and purification frame
Zhonghengfeng was responsible for related steel structure systems of the ethylene glycol unit in the Rongxin Chemical Circular Economy Demonstration Park. The project required experience in large-scale chemical steel structure construction and coordination across multiple process frames.
Jianyuan Coal Chemical Technology Coke Oven Gas to 600,000 Tons/Year Ethylene Glycol Project

Designed capacity: 600,000 tons per year
Zhonghengfeng participated in the coke oven gas to ethylene glycol project of Jianyuan Coal Chemical Technology. During construction, the company adapted to actual site conditions, controlled construction nodes and optimized the construction plan while implementing quality and safety management requirements.

Balongtu Coal Mine Coal Shed Enclosure Project
Project type: Coal shed enclosure steel structure works
Location: Dongsheng District, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, China
Construction area: 30,000 square meters
Building scope: Four single buildings, each with a 40 m single span
Key project fact: Shed No.2 is a three-continuous-span structure with a 120 m span.
Zhonghengfeng participated in the coal shed enclosure project of Balongtu Coal Mine. The project team prepared scientific construction plans, optimized hoisting and installation methods, and controlled quality and safety to complete the coal shed steel structure works on schedule.
