Jing-Xiong Expressway SG2 Steel Box Girder Project
Project type: Expressway bridge steel box girder works
Location: Hebei Section, China
Scope: Steel box girder works for the second work area of Contract Segment SG2
The Beijing-Xiong’an New Area Expressway Hebei Section SG2 project is a key transportation project serving national strategy. The overall project was divided into six contract sections, and Zhonghengfeng was selected as the professional subcontractor for steel box girder works in the second work area.
Haiqing Highway Project from Jinhan Highway to West Outer Ring Expressway
Project type: Highway and regional transport hub engineering
Location: Ninghe District, Tianjin, China
Project scope: Haiqing Highway section from Jinhan Highway to West Outer Ring Expressway
The Haiqing Highway project is an important hub for upgrading the regional transportation network in Tianjin. During construction, Zhonghengfeng controlled construction technology, safety management and project quality throughout the process, completing the works efficiently.
Yinchuan-Bayanhot Branch Railway YBNS-1 Steel Cap Girder Project
Project type: Railway-related bridge steel cap girder works
Location: Ningxia, China
Scope: Steel cap girder works for station-front Contract Section YBNS-1
Completion fact: Five spans of steel cap girders were completed; the project passed completion acceptance in January 2025.
The Yinxi Railway Spanning Super Major Bridge is a key project of the Yinchuan-Bayanhot Railway. Zhonghengfeng undertook the steel cap girder works within Ningxia, showing its technical capability in railway-related bridge steel structure construction.
Lanhe Railway Linxia Super Major Bridge Tied Arch Bridge Project
Project type: Tied-arch bridge steel structure works
Railway line: Lanzhou-Hezuo Railway, Contract LHTJ4
Project scope: Two 96 m tied arches of Linxia Grand Bridge, one 56 m tied arch at Nanlong Town and one 144 m tied arch at Gazhangjia
Completion: Construction works were completed in December 2025.
The project involved the first application of gantry crane installation on bridge decks and high-altitude hoisting risks. The project team used technical innovation and strict quality control to complete the tied-arch bridge works efficiently.
Zhaowuda-Zhelimu Road Reconstruction Steel Box Girder Project
Project type: Urban road reconstruction bridge steel box girders
Location: Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China
Steel consumption: 30,000 tons
Technical features: 8-degree seismic resistance and fully prefabricated assembly
The Zhaowuda Road-Zhelimu Road Reconstruction Project is a landmark transportation upgrade project in Hohhot. Zhonghengfeng was responsible for the steel box girders of the project bridges, controlling processing, transportation and installation with a rigorous management system.
Xiaoqing River Navigation Restoration Tied-Arch and Steel Truss Project
Project type: Tied-arch bridge and steel truss fabrication and installation
Location: Xiaoqing River Basin, Shandong Province, China
Project scope: Fabrication and installation of tied arches and steel trusses in Section 4-2
Project award: Zhonghengfeng won the bid for this scope at the end of 2021.
The Xiaoqing River Navigation Restoration Project is a key project under the comprehensive management plan of the Xiaoqing River Basin. Facing construction challenges, the project team adopted refined construction measures and completed the scheduled bridge steel structure works.
