Management Training in Late 2022
In late 2022, Zhonghengfeng Group sent a new group of management personnel to the Zhongxu Yingcai training base for a 21-day intensive programme. It followed the earlier programmes described as “Building a Strong Core Team” and “Value Assessment”.
The company linked its training cooperation with Zhongxu Education to the need for a broader environment for knowledge management. Its announcement noted the importance of informal learning in work and everyday life, and of matching knowledge more effectively to different situations.
