Hengjiu Steel began its 2023 winter employee sports competitions on October 27, 2023, bringing the theme “Sports, Joy and Health” to an employee recreation programme.
The programme included badminton singles competitions for men and women, alongside shuttlecock kicking and rope skipping. It offered a mix of activities intended to enrich employees’ leisure time and encourage participation in sport outside their day-to-day work.
Through the competitions, Hengjiu Steel aimed to strengthen team cohesion, foster a spirit of determination and promote a positive, healthy workplace culture. The company shared details of the winter sports programme in an announcement dated November 24, 2023.
