2022–2023 Emissions Verification Report: Historical Archive

Original source report-title graphic, not a certificate or evidence of successful verification. The archived report’s conclusion names a different company, as explained in this article.

Historical archive: This page records the report linked by the company website on June 6, 2024. Its conclusion names a different company from its cover, and its years, dates and calculations are inconsistent. No verification outcome or emissions-reduction claim is endorsed here.

The June 6, 2024 entry titled “Carbon Emissions Verification Report” links a 16-page document headed as a 2022–2023 greenhouse gas emissions verification report. Its cover names Zhonghengfeng New Energy Steel Structure (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd., identifies Zhongqing Inspection and Certification (Jinan) Co., Ltd. as the verification organization, and prints March 28, 2024 as the issue date.

Stated Facility Scope

The main scope section describes operational emissions at the Guangyao Road site in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, with attention to natural-gas combustion and purchased electricity. It discusses activity records, calculation methods and record management within that stated facility boundary.

This description is limited to what the source says. It does not establish verified emissions for the whole corporate group or a complete product lifecycle, and it does not resolve the conflicting attribution in the conclusion.

Conflicting Company and Date References

Section 4.1 on PDF page 15 attributes the verification and conclusion to Qingdao Dongfang Tower Co., Ltd., a different company from the Zhonghengfeng entity named on the cover. This archive retains that distinction rather than silently replacing the company name or assigning the conclusion to Zhonghengfeng.

The cover and several tables refer to 2022–2023, while other passages and the calculation tables on page 14 use 2021–2022. The cover and information sheet give a March 2024 final issue date, but signatures on page 3 and the site-review and report narrative on page 7 use March 2023 dates. The source does not reconcile these reporting periods and chronologies.

Calculation and Interpretation Limits

The natural-gas emissions result on PDF page 14 is not reproducible from the inputs printed alongside it. Emissions-intensity values are labeled in tonnes in one section and kilograms in another. The report also contains opposing accounts of whether emissions or intensity rose or fell, and an unexplained reference to syrup heating in its process description.

These inconsistencies prevent the numerical findings, annual comparisons and claimed causes of change from being presented here as reliable company performance. The archive supplies no replacement results and does not claim successful independent verification, certified low-carbon products or achieved reductions.

The source includes recommendations on keeping emissions records, recording monitoring-equipment information and improving data accuracy. They are preserved as topics in the historical document, not confirmation that a new review or corrective program has taken place.

Original Source

Read the original Chinese greenhouse gas verification report and the original company-website entry. The PDF is the original source attachment, not a corrected edition; the limitations described above remain part of that historical record. Page references in this archive count the PDF cover as page 1. Report titles and company or organization names are translated from the source; official English legal names have not been independently verified.
